Estrella Madre (Star Mother)

Description

I painted Estrella Madre when I was living in Barcelona around 2008. She represents the beginning of exploring what has become a central theme in my work; the contemplation of consciousness, being, and the nebulous origins all of the elements that make us up, and indeed the whole of matter in the universe.
